Apartment Sizes and Rates

Rent includes heat, water, gas, and internet. There is a laundry room on-site.

Parking is $35/month. There is sometimes a waiting list for parking- please check availability at the office.

In order to move into 4th Street Co-op, all residents must first complete an application and pay the security deposit (equal to one month's rent). The application fee is $40 per applicant or $60 per married couple.

Once approved, you will schedule a time to sign the lease. At this time, you will pay your first month's rent.

4th Street Co-op does not practice rent partitioning, so by signing the lease you are accepting responsibility for 100% of the lease, not just your portion.
