Attendance: Val Aas, Gary Ellis, Steve Bradley, Alex Volinsky, Martha Hurr, Peter Easterlund
Meeting called to order at 5:50 PM.
The board approved the minutes of the October meeting, the monthly financial statements were reviewed.
The Board discussed the meeting with John Herman. New construction is possible, but will be a lot of work. Construction would have the side benefit of additional publicity.
In cooperative reports, the Chateau noted that their annual meeting will be on December 5. Marcy Park's annual meeting will be on November 14.
The management agreement survey has been distributed and results will be available for the December meeting.
The Board retreat will be on February 5.
