Gary presented the Riverton annual report to the group, and presented the 2000 financial report on behalf of Steve Bradley who was unable to attend. He reported that the new co-ops are in good shape financially, and should be self-sustaining. The 2000 budget did not reflect the acquisition of Franklin, since the bonds on the purchase did not clear until July.

Elections were held for the Riverton Board of Directors. Peter moved for a white ballot, Sara seconded and the motion passed unanimously. 10 Chateau members and 3 Marcy Park members voted.
7:45 p.m.
Martha asked for feedback from the various co-ops, and in response to the resulting question explained the relationship of Riverton to the various co-ops. She explained their leasehold status, Rivertons non-profit status, and that the co-ops are separate entities but they have the right of first refusal should Riverton sell.
Mike explained the Board and committee structures of the existing co-ops.
