Rent includes water and trash, as well as one garage stall and one parking space in the parking lot. Units have full size washer and dryers, garbage disposals and dishwashers.

Additional parking spaces may be available for $45/month.

Pets are welcome with a deposit. Cats are $150 per cat and dogs are $200. The deposit is fully refundable at the end of the lease provided there is no damage to the townhouse.

In order to move into Cole, all residents must first complete an application and pay the security deposit (equal to one month's rent). The application fee is $40 per applicant or $60 per married couple.

Once approved, you will schedule a time to sign the lease. At this time, you will pay your first month's rent.

If you can't make it in during our office hours, we have an after hours drop box that you can use to pay rent, drop off applications, security deposits, and all other paperwork.
