Cole Townhomes are located in the Southeast Como neigborhood of Minneapolis near the U of M. These townhomes are convenient to freeways, shopping, schools, and bus routes. Call today for a tour!

The office (mailing address) is located on the main level of the Chateau Cooperative at 425 13th Avenue SE Minneapolis, MN 55414

Office Hours:

Monday - Thursday 11:00 AM - 4 PM
Friday: 10:00 - 3:00
Weekends by appointment only.

If you can't make it in during our office hours, we have an after hours drop box that you can use to pay rent, drop off applications, security deposits, and all other paperwork.
