Please fill out the following form and send it in. We will have a maintenance technician out to your apartment within 24-48 hours to fix the problem.
If you have a maintenance emergency, please call the office (612-331-3911 for Chateau, Cole, Marcy Park, Marshall, or 4th Street Co-op, and 612-338-4574 for Franklin). If you get the voice mail, press '0' for an operator who will page your request to the on-call maintenance technician.
***Emergencies include things like leaking water, no heat or air conditioning, etc. If it is something that can wait until the next business day, our staff will not come out after hours to fix the problem. If you smell gas in your apartment, leave immediately and call the Gas Leak Hotline at 612-372-5050.
