Reserved parking available for $20/month.

In order to move into Franklin Co-op, all residents must first complete an application and pay the security deposit (equal to one month's rent.. The application fee is $40 per applicant or $60 per married couple.

Once approved, you will schedule a time to sign the lease. At this time, you will pay your first month's rent and a one-time $35 membership fee.

Franklin Co-op does not practice rent partitioning, so by signing the lease you are accepting responsibility for 100% of the lease, not just your portion.
