Marcy Park co-op is a 57 unit apartment complex located in the Marcy-Holmes/Dinkytown neighborhood of Minneapolis near the University of Minnesota. Marcy Park is a member co-op of Riverton Community Housing, a non-profit whose mission is to "develop and maintain quality housing communities operating on a non-profit, democratic basis.

Marcy Park is different from other apartment complexes. Everyone who moves into Marcy Park becomes a member of the co-op. Decisions about the building, such as planning the budget, rents, social events, and building improvements are made by the board of directors. This board is made up of people who live in the building. Through member participation and involvement, the co-op can keep costs down. Everyone's ideas, energies, and participation are welcome!
