Apartment Sizes and Rates

Rent includes heat, water, gas, cable TV, internet and parking for one vehicle in the outdoor lot.

In order to move into Marcy Park, all residents must first give proof of your student status, complete an application and pay the security deposit (equal to one month's rent). The application fee is $40 per applicant or $60 per married couple.

Once approved, you will schedule a time to sign the lease. At this time, you will pay your first month's rent and a one-time $35 membership fee.

Rents are subject to change in the fall when the annual budgets are drafted. As a member of a cooperative you have the opportunity to get involved with the budgeting process.

Marcy Parkdoes not practice rent partitioning, so by signing the lease you are accepting responsibility for 100% of the lease, not just your portion.
