Marshall Student Housing Cooperative is a 16 unit apartment complex located in the heart of Dinkytown near the University of Minnesota East Bank. Marshall is a member co-op of Riverton Community Housing, a non-profit whose mission is to "develop and maintain quality housing communities operating on a non-profit, democratic basis.

Marshall is different from other apartment complexes. Everyone who moves into Marshall becomes a member of the co-op. Decisions about the building, such as planning the budget, rents, social events, and building improvements are made by the board of directors. This board is made up of people who live in the building. Through member participation and involvement, the co-op can keep costs down. Everyone's ideas, energies, and participation are welcome!
