Our boards need new members! Please come to a board meeting and get involved! You will receive a quarterly rent credit for your efforts, board experience looks great on your resume, and you can have a hand in running your building!

Bike Theft on the Rise

Valuables Registry Available

Students, staff, and other members of the University of Minnesota can register their valuables using an online registry. Property theft is the largest occuring crime on the U of M campus and you have a much better chance of getting valuables returned if you have your serial numbers registered.
