To develop and maintain quality student-oriented housing communities operated on a nonprofit, democratic basis.

GUIDING VALUES

Riverton Community Housing Believes:

Clean, safe, affordable housing is important for a healthy student community.

A positive sense of community is created when residents control their own
living environment.

Students benefit by the experience of cooperatively administrating their own residence.

As a measure of our own success, we look to the success and development of our member cooperatives.

We will contribute to the health and well-being of other cooperative organizations in our neighborhoods and communities.
